From the Windrock trail head, follow Hoskins Gap Road approximately two miles to the campground.

From Oak Ridge take Hwy 62 west to the downtown exit for Oliver Springs. At the 4 way stop turn right onto Hwy 330 North. Go approximately 1.5 miles and turn left onto Frost Bottom Road (still Hwy 330). Go 1 mile then turn left onto Hoskins Gap Road (the first road on the left), and go about 1 mile and the campground is on the right.
